Instructions for registration

  • Select the registration category option ‘Indian Delegate’ or ‘International Delegate.’ Note that this is based on the current affiliation or the affiliation given in the accepted paper. The registration category option once selected cannot be changed by you. However, if you realize later that you have made a mistake, kindly contact us at ctrg2017@civil.iitb.ac.in
  • Select the Delegate Types:
    • Standard Delegate.
    • TRG Life Members: Must be a lifetime member of Transportation Research Group (TRG).
    • Student Delegate: Must be a full time student during the time of the conference. During the registration, you will be asked to submit a scanned copy of your college ID card which has validity till December 20, 2017 (max file size: 500Kb. File formats: .pdf, .jpg, .jpeg and .png.)
  • Login Information: Register using a valid email ID. Future communications will be made through this email ID (you will be asked to give passwords and we recommend that you set a new password for this purpose). After doing this step, then “save and proceed”. Note that the information given in the page cannot be changed by you later.
  • Personal details: Provide your personal details.
  • Contact details: Provide your contact details.
  • Paper Details:
    • If you are not an author of an accepted paper, ‘Save and Proceed’ to the next step.
    • Otherwise, select the number of paper/s that you intend to present. You are allowed to present at most three accepted papers. You have to enter up to a maximum of three paper IDs. The list of accepted paper IDs are provided here. After this ‘Save and Proceed’ to the next step.
  • The amount you have to pay will be shown in this page. Available Payment options:
    • For Indian Delegates (payment in Indian Rupees): (i) Master/Visa Credit and Debit Cards (ii) Amex/Diners (iii) Net banking (SBI, HDFC, Axis, ICICI, Kotak Mahindra) Corporate Credit Card
    • For International Delegates (payment in USDs): (i) Master/Visa Credit and Debit Cards, (ii) Corporate Credit Card
  • After successful payment, you will be getting a payment confirmation email from contact@eregnow.com
  • Cancellation Policy:
    • Canceling the registration on or before Oct 31, 2017 will be refunded 75%.
    • Canceling the registration on or before Nov 30, 2017 will be refunded 50%.
    • Canceling the registration on or after Dec 1, 2017 will not be refunded.
