·        Junior Diploma in Music (Rabindra Sangeet) from PRAYAG SANGEET SAMITY, ALLAHABAD in 1989.

 

·        Diploma in Music (Rabindra Sangeet) from PRACHIN KALA KENDRA, CHANDIGARH in 1990 with 1st Division DISTINCTION.

 

·        Junior Diploma (Part-1) from BANGIYA SANGEET PARISAD, WEST BENGAL in 1995 with 1st Division.

 

·        Received the title “SANGEET BIVAKAR” from BANGIYA SANGEET PARISAD, WEST BENGAL in 1998 with 1st Division DISTINCTION in both theory and practical for finishing 6th Year Music (B. Music) in RABINDRA SANGEET.

 

·        SINGER of ALL INDIA RADIO, CALCUTTA since 1999 in Grade-B.

 

 

Significant Awards/Achievements:

 

·        Stood 3rd in RABINDRA SANGEET competition organized by RAMKRISHNA MISSION, PURULIA, WEST BENGAL in 1993.

 

·        Stood 1st in RABINDRA SANGEET competition organized by RAMKRISHNA MISSION, PURULIA, WEST BENGAL in 1995.

 

·        Received Certificate as a member of workshop for special candidates on RABINDRA SANGEET in PURULIA, WEST BENGAL in 1998.

 

·        Performed in STAR PLUS TV programme “KUCH KAR DIKHANA HAI” as a singer (HINDI SONG), telecast of the programme was on September 26 and October 3, 2003.

 

·        Latest - Performed in ALL INDIA RADIO, KOLKATA – ‘KA’ (A) and ‘KHA’ (B) as a singer (RABINDRA SANGEET), broadcast of the programme was on August 25, 2004 at 6:30am, 9:00am and 3:30 pm respectively.
