Accommodations

Limited accommodation on first come first serve basis will be available on double occupancy on charge basis @ Rs. 600 per head per day (approx) at IIT Bombay Guest house. Delegates are encouraged to make their own arrangements in hotels in the city of mumbai.

15 double seated rooms in Hostel - 4 (new wing) with common bath facility [for men] and 10 double seated rooms in Hostel - 10 (new wing) with common bath facility [for ladies] have been reserved for delegates under "student" category. Delegates are requested to bring with them soap, towel, lock with two keys, odomos, mosquito repeller, etc. Approx. charges will be about Rs. 250 per head per day.

All Delegates must pay Full Accommodation Charges at Reception Desk of respective Guest House / Hostel at the time of Check-In. Send Accommodation request & Travel schedule to the Organizers URGENTLY.
