The Support HELP DESK is dedicated to assisting students, faculty, and staff at Civil Engineering Department, IIT Bombay. We focus on supporting department-owned devices , like computers , servers, printers, fax machines, routers, switches. Our relationship with institute support unit (CC) enables us to help faculty and staff with Institute-owned computers and devices too.
The help desk Center supports:
Windows, Linux and Mac
GPO, Civil - Email, and mail client configuration (Outlook, Thunderbird etc.)
Passwords and other LDAP ID services
Datastore and other network drives
Wireless and LAN
