Ajay Singh Mahadela, a civil engineering graduate from Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, "The Marble City" alongside river Narmada. He completed his bachelor in civil engineering from Jabalpur engineering college, Jabalpur. During this journey, he has worked with Western Central Railway Jabalpur division as an intern. He worked on single boxed culvert design under 4th bridge Jabalpur. He is currently pursuing M-Tech in Construction Technology and Management from IIT Bombay.

Engidaw Getahun is from Ethiopia. He has completed his B.Sc in Construction Technology and management from Dire-Dawa University, Institute of Technology. He worked for 1 yr in Awash welday General Contractor as a Site Engineer and 3 yrs in Mizan-Tepi University as an Assistant Lecturer. Currently, he has joined IIT Bombay for M.Tech in Construction Technology & Management specialization of the Civil department.

Venkata Sai Teja, a civil engineering graduate from Guntur, Andhra Pradesh. He completed his bachelors from Guru Ghasidas Central University, Bilaspur, Chattisgarh. During his journey, he worked as an intern in Shapoorji Pallonji Constructions Limited. Later he, along with his colleagues completed a major project on Fly Ash based Geopolymer Concrete. Apart from these, he has basic knowledge in AutoCAD and Staad Pro Softwares. Currently, he is pursuing M-Tech in Construction Technology and Management at Indian Institute of Technology Bombay.

Harshit Jain is a Civil Engineer from Indore, Madhya Pradesh. He has completed his Bachelor in Civil Engineering from Shri Vaishnav Institute of Technology & Science (SVITS ) Indore, M.P. He has an overall five years of work experience in the Construction industry. During his journey, he has worked with both Private construction firms as well as Government organizations. Currently, he is associated with the Infrastructure department (Estate Office) of Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay. He started his career as Site Civil Engineer at Vapi, Gujarat and worked on Residential Building construction project. In the past, he has also worked in the Infrastructure department (Estate Office) of govt. Organization National Institute of Industrial Engineering (NITIE) Mumbai. Apart from work profession, he has also interest in Dance, Music, and Sports- Badminton. As a student of Construction, Technology & Management, he would like to strengthen the Construction Management skills with Technical knowledge on Construction Materials. His area of interest is Construction Project Management through BIM Modelling, Construction Materials, and sustainability.

Jaikrishna Padhy is a civil engineer from Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. He graduated from Andhra University College of Engineering (A) in 2019. During his graduation, he did an internship in Vizag Steel Plant. He had also interned with TVR Consultancy Private Ltd. He has knowledge of software like AutoCAD and Staad-Pro. His B.Tech project was on Microbial Fuel Cells (MFCs). He along with three of his classmates, constructed a laboratory model of MFC and conducted experiments using low-cost Proton Exchange Membranes like Polyester cloth and Gelatin salt bridge and studied their relative efficiencies. He is now pursuing M.Tech 1st year in Construction Technology And Management. He is interested in musical instruments and had learned Mridangam for four years. He wishes to learn Drums in IITB and participate in cultural fests. He also likes to play badminton.

Manem Pruthvij is a civil engineer from Hyderabad, Telangana. He completed his B Tech. from NIT Kurukshetra, Haryana in 2018. During his B Tech course, he did his internship at Sumadhura Infracon in their department of quality control. He did two projects, first one on “Effect of lime sludge on compressive strength of concrete”, the second one on “replacement of recycled concrete with fine aggregate” in his final year. He is an active participant in extracurricular activities such as dance, music, and sports

Nischay Yashwant Nagrale is a Civil Engineering graduate from Nagpur Institute of Technology, Nagpur, Maharashtra, a city at the geographical center of India and also known as the city of Oranges. He is currently pursuing M-Tech in Construction Technology and Management from Indian Institute of Technology Bombay. He worked on "Study of stormwater drainage system" along a 2KM stretch on State Highway 248 along with his team as his bachelor's project. Apart from his studies, his leisure time includes photography.

Sagar Verma is a Civil Engineer from Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh. He has graduated from JSS Academy Of Technical Education, Noida. During his course, he has worked as an intern in Mandauli Jail Complex construction project under the Central Public Works Department, Delhi. He has worked on "Use of Plastic waste in paving blocks" as his final year project. He also has knowledge of software like AutoCAD and STAAD-Pro. Apart from academics, he has a keen interest in sports such as Cricket, Table Tennis. He likes to read novels and write micro tales, musings, poetry, etc. He has joined IIT Bombay to further extend his knowledge by pursuing M-Tech in "Construction Technology and Management."

Mr. Santosh Narvekar has done his Bachelor of Engineering in Civil and has more than 17 years’ experience in the field of Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Auditing, Material Engineering and Concrete Technology on major bridge, Highway, Tunnel, and Dam projects in India. Previously, he has worked in prestigious organizations like Hindustan Construction Company and KMC. He started his career as site QA&QC – Engineer; he has worked at the site for seven years. Currently, Mr. Narvekar is working with AFCONS Infrastructure Limited where he is handling QA & QC department. His portfolio is Project coordination, Project troubleshooting, Review Mix Design, guidance to site QAQC representative at project level & conducting ISO: 9001 internal audits.

Vaishnavi,a civil engineering graduate from Hyderabad, Telangana.She has done her graduation in University college of engineering,osmania university, Hyderabad.She has done an internship in ongoing construction of a bridge with pile foundations at Vemulawada, karimnagar. She has done her BE project on structural evaluation of pavements using a falling weight deflectometer technique. Presently she is pursuing M-Tech in Construction Technology & Management from IIT Bombay.
