How to Reach
Those coming by Central Railway Suburban train will have to get down at Kanjur Marg, Vikhroli or Ghatkopar which are the nearest stations from IITB.
If you are coming by the Western Railway Suburban train you will have to get down at Andheri, Bandra, Goregaon or Malad.
Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport is located approximately 10 km from IIT Bombay campus.
Estimated travel time is about 1-1.5 hours depending on traffic conditions.
Pre-paid taxis, app-based cabs and autorickshaws are readily available.
Passengers may also take the Metro up to Aarey JVLR Metro Station and then hire a cab or autorickshaw to reach IIT Bombay.
Navi Mumbai International Airport is located approximately 30-35 km from IIT Bombay.
Estimated travel time is about 2-3 hours depending on traffic conditions.
At present there is no direct suburban train connectivity from the airport to IIT Bombay; however travellers may use a combination of road, metro and local train transport.
Nearest local bus stop is located just outside the campus main gate.
