Important Notes

  1. Registration fee is in Indian National Rupees (INR) for both international and Indian delegates and students. The fee is excluding 18% GST.
  2. Optional additions include 4 days of hostel accommodation (for students only) for INR 2,000 and the gala dinner for INR 500, both subject to 18% GST.
  3. Only full-time bonafide students at the time of the conference are eligible for student registration fees. Double-sharing hostel rooms are available for 100 students on a first-come, first-served basis.
  4. For the on-spot registration, cash payment will not be accepted.
  5. At least one author must register for the conference for the paper to be included in the conference program. One author can register for a maximum of two papers.
  6. Cancellation Policy: Registration fee cancellation request must be submitted by the registered author(s) only through email at tpmdc@civil.iitb.ac.in, before November 15, 2026 (5:00 P.M.). Registration fee will be refunded after deducting 18% GST along with 10% cancellation charges. The refund will be initiated after the conference. No refund request will be entertained after November 15, 2026.
