The following hotels are available near the IIT Bombay campus. The delegates and participants can book their rooms in advance in these hotels as per their convenience.

Hostel Accommodation

We are pleased to offer hostel accommodation in the IIT Bombay campus for registered student participants attending TPMDC 2024. Rooms would be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please review the following details carefully to ensure a smooth booking and stay experience.

Accommodation Type and Availability

  • Check-in: 17 December 2024, after 12:00 pm.
  • Check-out: 21 December 2024, by 10:00 am.
  • Type: Twin-sharing rooms.
  • Rate: A fixed-rate, non-refundable hostel accommodation charge per person for the entire stay is Rs. 2000/- (including GST). This rate must be paid in advance upon confirmation.
  • Meals: Accommodation charges do not include meals. Guests may purchase meals separately at the hostel dining hall.

Additional Provisions

  • Amenities: Upon check-in, each guest will receive a welcome kit containing essential toiletries (soap, oil, shampoo sachet) and a water bottle. Water coolers are available on the premises for bottle refills.

Reservation Process

  • Google Form Submission: An email with attached Google Form has been sent to all the registered student participants for booking hostel accommodation. Participants can fill out the form until 30 November 2024. Please note that room booking is based on a first-come, first-served basis due to limited availability, and submitting the form does not guarantee a reservation.

  • Confirmation & Payment: After submitting the form, the requesting student participants will receive a payment link based on room availability. The payment needs to be processed within 48 hours of receiving the link. Beyond that the booking requests will be canceled. The booking will be confirmed after receiving the payment.
