Registration Fee
Registration fee includes registration kit, meals during conference,
technical visit and a banquet. At least one author of an accepted abstract
should register by Nov 15 Nov 21, 2014, without which the paper will not be included in the programme. For early bird registrations, 20% discount on the registration fee is available. A few
fellowships for the participants from developing countries may be
offered to deserving authors of meritorious papers.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
A participant may cancel the registration before December 1st, after which cancellations are not permitted. 75% of the registration fee will be refunded for cancellations made before November 1st, and 50% of the registration fee will be refunded for cancellations made before December 1st.
