It turns out that many Indian consulates are requesting for an invitation letter from the conference host for a visa. In case you require an invitation letter, please send an email to tpmdc2014@civil.iitb.ac.in with the title and abstract number of your paper, your affiliation and address and we will send back a scanned copy of the invitation letter within two working days.
